Terms and Conditions

Customers' invoices or receipts, resulting from an online or postal booking, forms a contract between Merlin Events & Marketing and the addressee company.

Cancellations received in writing four weeks before the date of the event will be subject to a 25% administration fee. After this time no refunds will be made and unpaid invoices must be honoured, however places are transferable and colleagues are welcomed in replacement.

In the unlikely event that an attendee to is unhappy with the content or service at a course or conference, a partial or full refund may be given, at the discretion of the management of Merlin Events & Marketing Ltd.

Merlin Events & Marketing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to speakers or programmes and to cancel events without further liability, at which time fees will be refunded in full.
